🍑 I use USPS First Class Shipping and International Shipping
🍑 First Class Domestic shipping can take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered.
🍑 Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the time the order was originally placed.

 

International:

 

🍑 All EU orders will be redirected to my Etsy storefront.
🍑 First Class International shipping can take 7-21 Business days or more to be delivered.
🍑 Please also be advised that some countries have their own import fees and that I will not mark any items as gift or under declared any items.
🍑 I am not responsible for customs fees.

Returns/Exchanges:

 🍑All pins are sold as is. Pin grades will be listed in the dropdown products. You can find information about how I grade pins here.

🍑 Refunds are given on a case by case basis. If your item is incorrect or damaged a refund will be issued.

 

Lost Packages:

 

🍑 If for any reason the tracking number status isn't updating please file a USPS Missing Mail form.
🍑For International orders, the package can be held in customs for a number of reasons.
🍑 I am not responsible for Stolen packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number.
